Non-surgical facial aesthetics: clinical cases

Aim

This webinar will use clinical case studies to demonstrate the importance of the assessment phase, applied facial anatomy, treatment planning and subsequent treatment of multiple regions of the face with cosmetic injectables. This webinar will give participants with little or no experience in this field an appreciation of the clinical aspects of the patient journey and what can be achieved.

Learning objectives

  • Understand the importance of the clinical aspect of the patient journey and how it can lead to impactful outcomes and patient retention
  • Appreciate the relevance of a detailed structured patient assessment and how this can help distinguish you as a clinician
  • Recognise the importance of treatment planning and patient education
  • Learn how to deliver cosmetic injectables, whilst respecting facial anatomy.

About the speaker

Jalpesh Patel

Founder of RASA Academy, Facial Aesthetic Practitioner, Dental Surgeon

Jalpesh Patel completed his undergraduate training at King’s College London in 2010, graduating with Honours. He is an aesthetic and dental practitioner and member of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons. He has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in skin aging and aesthetic medicine at the University of Manchester, having already successfully completed a Masters in aesthetic dentistry with Distinction, at King’s College London.

As a member of the Practitioner Register Committee of the Joint Council of Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP), Jalpesh has a strong commitment to improving the regulation and learning pathways within the facial aesthetic industry. Having felt that there has been a lack of formal guidelines and educational structure for those wanting to enter and practice in this field, he founded the RASA Academy and the development of the postgraduate certificate in non-surgical facial aesthetics alongside the College of General Dentistry.
